Marinade – the foundation of cooking

    The pretreatment of products is of fundamental importance.
    We usually marinate the meat for 12 to 24 hours.
    The proportion of ingredients depends on the amount of meat and personal preferences.
    In addition to spices, it is worth adding natural yoghurt.
    Below are some suggestions for the marinade:

    • tomato puree, onion, salt, pepper
    • mineral water, onion, salt, pepper, coriander
    • vegetable oil, lemon juice, onion, dried herbs, pepper
    • dry white wine, onion, salt, pepper
    • chopped garlic, onion, salt, black and red pepper
    • vegetable oil, fruit vinegar, onion, bay leaf, allspice, salt, pepper
    • paprika, coriander, cumin, basil, ginger, cinnamon, red and black pepper, nutmeg, bay leaf, lemon slices, olive oil, salt
